No way, save your money. IMO: Magic isn't worth it anymore. You could always try the Magic Arena if you don't wanna spend too much money. I'd suggest keeping it because money is hard to make on a pure when your low-leveled.

I take back my "yes" vote. Why do you want 80 mage? If any mage at all, you have to get 70 or 82 or 85 for Burst, blitz, and TB.

I still say don't train it until your range is higher and you have a good amount of money. No need rushing into it if you aren't ready. I did that on one of my pures and it took me forever to even out the range with the mage, and by that time, the account's HP was unbalanced.
