Cant view my thread?

Just posted a thread, and now I cant view it. It gives me this error.

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Try clearing your cache and cookies, if that doesn't work reply.
Internet options > Privacy > Clear here

 

^ did them both, and it still does the same thing.

 

Is it only 1 thread, also, what browser are you using?

 

Its not only 1 thread, it happens to every thread I try to look at. I have to reload like 20 times to get it to work.

I have tried both IE, and FF. Both do the same thing.
