as far as i know there arent f2p rwt methods, but i dont know much about this kind of business, provide this as a free bump and information .

 

The only known method gives 62 coins per item. It requires running back and forth to the bank. Collect 100 of these and xfer = 6200 gp

There isn't even a point in trying to xfer with newts, since you can sell them in GE you might as well bank then yourself.
