    Explanation of the trade: I posted a thread because I needed some hunter done on my account.
    @Synoninnamon replied with an offer which seemed fine for me so I added him on discord.
    I told him that the acc literally only had 29 hunter and eagles peak done and that's it, fresh further.
    Also mentioned him it was an hcim but that didnt seem a problem according to him.
    After that I told him that I wasn't accepting a general t.o.s because it's heavily in his favour and offers me 0 protection if anything were to happen, we negotiated a custom t.o.s
    I told him I would give him or his worker (whoever was going to do the order) a password link so they could set their own password and incase a ban were to occur, would rule me out.
    I told him if anything were to happen during service, responsibility were to be on him and he'd remake the account, he agreed.
    After agreeing to all this I felt comfortable to go forward and he wanted to deal in his server so I joined.
    We agreed on a price, I ordered the gold and paid him after I picked up the gold.
    Than he assigned a worker whom he told me to send him details to, which I did so.
    Worker was unaware of everything and seemed very confused, I than asked Synon if he communicated with his worker about what he and I discussed and he apologized for it.
    Than worker set a password and said to start order.
    Minutes later the worker said a falcon would cost 500gp and since there was only 160gp on the account (because account is basically fresh) I offered to pay extra 500k to get that extra 340gp.
    Than some more excuses were made and that started to annoy me.
    I told him that he was aware of acc being basically fresh+10hp hcim but that was all fine before I paid him. guess what, now it apparently wasnt fine?
    So at that point he told me they were canceling the order and I got pissed.
    I told him I wanted a refund and i'd write a report.
    I asked him to let the ticket open so I could take the screenshots, he kicked me instantly without even giving me the oppurtunity to get my own pass from the worker, very very poor practice again.
    Than his parting message was rude and a bullshit too.

    All in all, fuck him and his service, atleast worthy of a TWC, dude cant run a service properly.

    What happened was that you never informed me that your bank was empty and the items that were required for this service weren't on on your account. In accordance to my TOS you must provide all of the items required in order to complete a service. My worker and I had no idea that you didn't have hardly anything in your bank since you didn't inform us which was why my worker didn't want to do your service which was 29-63 hunter. I tried explaining to you in the nicest way possible that the reason why my worker didn't want to do this service was because you didn't have any food, stamina would have been an issue, there wasn't enough gold to rent a falcon, and the required items weren't supplied on your account and that's when you started to freak out. Not only that, but I also wasn't informed that your account only had 10hp. You told me that it was a HCIM and that wouldn't have been an issue at all. Anyhow You never said you weren't accepting my TOS you only showed concern over the fact that your account could get banned for botting, and that I would have to replace your account if that were to happen. That was the only exception to my TOS that I made. You seriously think that just because we agreed on an exception for one rule that you don't have to follow my whole TOS!?! Anyways I informed my worker about this service and they agreed to do it, but what I didn't inform them was that you wanted to give us a password change link, to set up your password during the service. I explained to you that I didn't see your message since you sent a lot more after that in the dms, and I was busy dealing with an application and another service ticket. The reason why my worker was confused was because you didn't tell us that your bank was near empty which was the reason why they wanted to cancel it in the first place. You never mentioned that the account was fresh + 10hp at all. Right after I found out that you broke one of the rules in my TOS I offered to give you a refund asap for your service and you didn't want that. You were also acting very rude and annoying the hell out of me, so as soon as I gave you your refund I told you that if you wanted to feel free to write a report and banned you. When you asked me for you password in the dms I gave it to you asap as well. Obviously the only reason why you ordered in the first place was to start drama in my opinion, and this whole report is about you failing to read the TOS and getting upset about it.

    I agree that @Synoninnamon should have communicated things better with his worker.
    However, this was just miscommunication. @Synoninnamon has refunded the full amount to @Tenka Fubu.
    There is nothing here that warrants a TWC.
