[Paypal] Need help with some reversed transactions!

Well I got a pin shop and I've obviously been selling some pins (who would of thought of that eh? :idea: ) I got a few "unauthorized claim's" (Yeah...right)





I was told that if I would just not respond I would win and keep my money because they where sent as gifts. My paypal IS verified.

 

They used a stolen paypal account to send you a payment. Theres no way you can win.

Na. If they used a stolen paypal, they would freeze the payments and limit his account right? The best thing would be to reply with pictures of chat logs etc. Also, tell them to do an i.p check because some people fake report unatuhorized claims etc.

 

So I should just upload some of my msn chat logs?

 

No you cannot use chat logs as proof.

No it could mean that the buyer called up the credit card company and they had it removed, they themselves filed a unauthorized dispute just to get the money back, or they went into negative credit (all their funds got frozen).

It sickens me how far people will go just to get spare change back.

They only claim to have had someone use their Paypal account without their authorization. If Paypal even had a brain the size of a fly's ass, it would have checked the IPs logging on that Paypal account to see if that's accurate or not. If you don't reply, you automatically use the dispute and the money goes back to it's original owner. Therefore defrauding you and causing you to lose your money. You should quickly withdraw all your money to your bank account or send the money to another account before you get limited.

 

yes indeed , they either scammed you using their CC funded paypal , or a stolen paypal.
