    People always take stuff out of context...

    His first account was banned for infraction buildup (two weeks), and he started PMing me asking what his infractions were/disputing. Our new policy is:

    Although as he started making new posts, etc I guess someone banned him.

    Seeing as he posted in the market after the ban, it constitutes ban evasion, therefore all his accounts are now banned.
