    Car decision help

    okay well my brother just got a 2002 wrx and i need to get a new car now but i want one that i can do work to and will try to keep up with his but with out spending the money for a wrx i was thinking of buying like a 2000 jetta 1.8t. any other car ideas for me?

    My friend owns a 2000 Jetta and he abuses it like crazy, but it still works great even with the abuse. I would recommend it if you're looking for something reliable.

    How much do you have to spend?????

    I'd recommend a German car.... Might cost you more but it will last a lot longer.

    That will get you a nice Jetta. Alternatively you could get a Hyundai Accent, which get good fuel economy, are reliable, and inexpensive.
