I disagree, goerge bush blew up the world trade centres so he could start a war, but thats irrelavant.

Just because people are influenced by something it doesn't make it real, theres people out there who follow the jedi church, based on starwars , which is fiction lol, just because people believe in jedi's and shit does it make it real? no.

I'm not saying god doesn't exist, i believe there is some kind of god out there, im just saying your point is invalid.

That's the exact point he was trying to make.

+ you went from God to Jesus, pick one.

Here's how I think of it. A group of people came together and thought up of all this to make the world "better" and their plan worked but it went a bit too far.

    The Existence of God

If there is a God or any sort of higher power, I am certain that it would not be the God of Abraham. Every Abrahamic religion is inherently flawed and that is obvious to most outsiders who study them.

"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it, and it will be yours.
    ~ Mark 11:22, 24

So, you pray for us, God gives out everything that is prayed for, we go to heaven, no problem!

See my sig for my opinion though.

The latter. Although I'm not convinced about the big bang, it still makes more sense than God, sorry.

    And evolution is proven fact.

    The Existence of God

That's fucking bullshit. I've already said it; thousands of children pray for their lives everyday, and thousands of children die because God neglected to save them everyday. "Ask and ye shall receive", "Whatever you ask for in prayer it will be yours", etc., etc... does that apply to starving African babies, too? Or just people God pays attention to?

That's crap. Your god is a liar, and a... well... basically a false advertiser. He can't go around saying you can pray for something and receive it, and then ignore you. Why would God do such a thing if he is so high and mighty and all knowing and all that? He doesn't mention in the Bible that he's lying to you, does he?

My god? I thought I made it very clear both in this and other threads that I don't have one. I've just stopped announcing it in every post, as I've grown sick of doing that. Read my posts again if you think I'm religious in any way.

I didn't know, as I was involved solely in this argument. I thought you were arguing there was a god. I'm sorry, that was my bad.

I meant that he was trying to restrict people's thinking by giving them 1 that he thinks happened, and 1 that was falsely described.

Dude are you like a hippy or something? I would much rather believe your #2 opinion sounds much more logic. Then a "man" in the sky who randomly created 7 Planets, and then Made his own mind-thought "Religion".
