How much for firecape on def tank without range/mage

Account has 75 def, 63 hp. Has torso & fighter helm if it matters, looking for price check.
Basically you have to kill the npc's with poison & venom (maybe recoils) and using tons of purple sweets.

is it even doable?

EDIT: Acc has 1 attack, str, range and magic. and these must stay at 1 at end of the service. has 43 prayer.

 

pretty sure its doable but gonna be expensive since it takes hours, idk about the price.
