Most Undetectable Script-Based Bot Today?

Like SMR said, its all about the scripts. If they knew you were hacking the client, why wouldn't they just ban you on the spot? Id say RSBot is the best because it has the most scripts. Anything you can think of, a script has been made for it.

Kbot: Least detectable free bot
Nexus: Least detectable
RID: Simply the least detectable

KBot all the way. Reflection bots are detected just as easily as java bots

O bot and I bot are highly detectable - do not use, also O bot contains viruses when downloaded

Scar is probably the easiest to script

I voted for rsbot because its the only one i have used. And i havent been banned yet I trusted it enough to use my lvl 80 main

 

What kind of scripts does nexus bot have?

 

There's really no way to tell what is the most un-detectable, as we don't know what JaGeX uses to detect the bots in the first place. The best way to know is by comparing the amount of known bans for each bot.
