lol? It's the person that's selling that decides. If you want something then you're going to have to cover the costs for everything, or go first.

 

your also a newbie and do not understand that experineced and trusted people do not go first. the newbie does. or he pays for the OMM. I have been doing buissness on this site for over a year and a half and thats how i've always done it

I've been on Sythe and other trading sites for about 2+ years, since I moved house and got new internet/e-mail I've had to make a new account, but either way I'm pretty sure the buyer will pay for MM.

Think of it this way, why would a person who wants to sell lose any money they make by paying for the MM, it's stupid. If the buyer wants to seal a deal and make something happen but they don't want to go first then they provide the means for MM.
