The history of the christmas cracker!

Well to start you all off, thanks for looking and i hope you like it!

A Christmas Cracker is one of the holiday items that were dropped in the 2001 Christmas on December 21st, the first runescape christmas event.

A Christmas Cracker was an item with a party hat, and some coins and rune items in them. One of the players would get the party hat, and the other the rune items, but back then rune items wore worth millions when a party hat was worthless.

Due to real world trading it is now 100% clear to everyone that the player holding the christmas cracker would get the party hat, confirmed by Mod Ash.

Only very little people still have these items worth in value of over 680,800,000. Most have quit, were banned, or commonly opened them just for the rune items and the money.

A common mistake back then with the Christmas Cracker was that when you examined it ( currently the same ) it says " i need to pull this." Therefore many players took it urgently.

Currently many people called "noobs" ( newer players to the game ) fall for or make tricks to lure you for your account or just for a funny joke to get you to do something or let them do something on your account.

The first colour of the Christmas Cracker was red, but now is currently the colour of white.


The whole Jagex corporation agrees 100% that there will be no more drops like the 2001 christmas drop because of the negative outcomes of real life trading and so forth.

It has been said that you could pick as many of them as you could want, but many people had dropped it because of bank space and the little value it had.

Christmas Cracker's do not obtain any bonus's, you cannot weild it, you may trade it to show wealth, but as far as i know that is all.
