Requested Ban/lock appeal (Benwise, Viper, Jansen, and Sythe/Matthew)

Well, i have been trying for 3-4 months just to get in-touch with a global+. Finally got in touch with Gump 2 months ago, and his ban/lock list wasn't able to load etc. Then i got in touch with Viper and Ben, Whom requested this. I've posted two appeals before aswell for this exact thing, and none have even gotten a reply.

Now getting into detail.
Approximately 5 months ago, my brother got a hold of my account which was used to scam somebody out of an account. This account was reimbursed and i was un-banned. Afterwards, i requested a temp lock/ban or whatever was used to lock up my account while my brother's college classes were out of session to ensure the safety of my account.

His classes went back into session and i was going to get myself unlocked by a global, because Darthatron told me he couldn't do it so i needed to reach a global. I went into the proccess of locating a Global-Administrator. Which was unsuccessful for over a month and a half. Finally got into the hands of Gump and he was going to unlock me but his Ban/Lock list wouldn't load or something of that matter. So i went to locate yet another.. unsuccessful until approx two days ago (Benwise). Now I'm not blaming this upon the staff for not locating somebody after Gump, i had baseball and the championship. But, otherwise. Benwise was a great help, and asked me to post this. So upon this thread, i'd like my lock to be reversed. I'd like an admin here aswell to discuss this BEFORE this thread is locked. Why was your other account, "i r da noob" banned?

 

Im the noob was my bro's i think or possibly my friends. I don't know.. my bro was a jackass to sythe.org.. and he never freaking quits.. which is why i requested that lock. If you want to get a phone call 3 wayed or something i can probably get it going with my bro. I cannot control him, he's 5 years older than me, and he's just a huge nerd. but yeah if that call would do any good, i can see if i can set it up. All i'm trying to do is resolve this, in no way am i asking to be interrogated . I explained the story, and with all due respect, it's supposed to be up to those globals which i stated... atleast Benwise said that.

 

The call would not help, as it's quite easy to find someone else to talk on the phone - it's quite another to prove that it was their account, and not yours.

In fact, you seem to have registered a mere 4 days after your "brother/friend" was banned. Hence, I would like to know what exactly he was banned for; because, "with all due respect", you're not going to be unbanned if you have other accounts with unresolved issued, regardless of who answers your report.

 

He just told me it was either flaming or he was locked or somethig because somebody accused him but didn't have all the proof. Honestly, i do not know. I'm going by what he has stated, and i do not know if it's true or not. You should be able to tell me via the logs or something you guys use. He's a horrible brother, i barely keep in contact except when he returns for visits from college. He's overall, useless.

 

From the ban reason, it's unclear. But you owned tomylaz, banned for scamming, and he/you owned D15C, banned for evading.

That makes at least three banned accounts. Your appeal is denied.

 

You're really going to do this to me? My brother was on this site for like 2 years, i know he's a freaking a-hole.. but I'm not.. im only 15, i started playing when i was 13 and i heard about this just last year... spectated for a while then made oops u fail, my first and only account. If this is really going to be discussed as such, i'd like to arrange a short meeting with yourself and possibly Sythe. Adding me on msn would be much smoother aswell, and we don't have to do one reply per 30 minutes. In no way and i attacking you or any of the such.. im just trying to unlock my account, i've done nothing wrong. My brothers actions, are not mine. And if it comes to it.. i do believe a phone call would prove something if he could do details of his account or something, i didn't know anything about them... i never even knew he was on this site until he told me about it like a year ago. I'm sorry, it just perplexes me.
