Need a guide for Fire Cape!

Hey guys, i was wondering if I have all the requirements to get a fire cape and if there was anyone who could help me with a guide to do the waves for it.

My stats

Ranged- 70
Attack-71
Strength-72
Defense-70
Hp-Prayer-48
Mage-68

Also, what items/armor would i need? thanks

 

OK OK OKAY,

armour, dpends how rich you all.

karils top\blk dhide, Veracs skirt+helm, blk vambs\barrow gloves.
robin boots\snakeskin, rune c bow. prayer book, 1000 diamond bolts (e), fury ammy, avas backpack,

ITEMS: 2 range pots, 6-8 brews which ever u perfer, Rest will be super restores.

Well you could buy some welfare gear,

go to fire cape\defender services check out the gear they use will help alot,

they give rich gear and poor gear doesnt really make a difference at your defence level.

ALSO---ITALY boot is the best place to stay at theres multiple safe spots from melee there. the crab looking CLAW is also a good spot.

that should help alot just check out some of the Firecape SERVICES for item\gear.

YOUTUBE Firecape guide will also help (shows u all safe spots ect ect.)

could a lvl 78 range 45 def 71 hp plus 41 prayer do it btw im boosting my prayer b4 it?

 

It's doable, but it will be very hard because of the low prayer.
