Skill to level

Ok well I am going for a quest cape and I got about 800k that I want to spend skilling. So what skill would be the cheapest and easiest to level out of the ones below?

Skill: Current - Target
Runecrafting: 39 - 50
Construction: 42 - 50
Herblore: 38 - 60
Farming: 46 - 65
Summoning: 24 - 41
Cooking: 56 - 70
Prayer: 44 - 55
Crafting: 51 - 66

So which one of those would I be able to spend about 800k and get my target level? And if you could, tell me the best training method for said skill. Thanks! :laugh:

 

cooking and runecrafting would cost the least...

cook tuna from: 46-70
runecraft airs (make money): 39-50

Agreed with Epic, to add - you can skill with 800k;

trout for Cooking(make money)
air runes for Runescrafting(make money)
hard leather body for Crafting(min. loss of money)
Iden. any herbs for Herblore(min. loss of money but Herblore is just expensive..)
By killing monsters for prayer(don't waste money/time on buying bones)
Building chairsfor construction(min. loss of money but Construction is just expensive..)
Farming is a simple waste of money(Planting trees is MAX. loss of money but fastest way to level)
Summon, no clue never done it.

 

I'd say go for cooking, It'd be the easiest. But since youre going for the quest cape, I suggest farming. Youll need it later on.
