   Okay Im currently at monks 23 attack 25 strength, but where should I train when its got 40-40, to 40-60?

   When 40-40 go stronghold of security, kill minotaurs all the way, they drop noted ess and lots of arrows, when your 40/80 go to flesh crawlers.
