trying buy a 2 letter acc

I was talking to h44x he said his acc ob has never been member but said that all OLD rsc acc had member info showed when you go to recoverie page.

No, hes's lying to you.
However all old RS accounts Had the standard recovery questions displayed even if there were no recoveries set

why dont u just ask to meet him in game? and then is there are recoveres set tell him to give u the info so u can recover the account so no matter what u can always have the account if that makes since. hope that helps bro!
