How it will work:

Method 1 : Xbox Cod4 account

First you will or I will add your msn.
Once there you will show me your account on runescape.
Then i will get on Xbox live and show you the cod4 account.
Once back on msn you will give me the runescape characters name and password. I will check to see the password and also at this time check if there are any recoveries or email set.Once i see its all clear i will give you all the imformation need for my xbl account.

Method 2 : Paypal

First you will or I will add your msn.
Once there you will show me your account on runescape.
Then i will ask you some information about your paypal ( age,country you live in,male/female,price you want,verified or not etc.Once back on msn you will give me the runescape characters name and password. I will check to see the password and also at this time check if there are any recoveries or email set.Once i see its all clear i will give you the amount of money we agreed on.
