Violation: Failure to inform the customer to remove wealth

    Explanation:

As i see in the report Worthy's service got my account banned. post from Pirate
he didn't informed the customer to remove wealth of the Account before the service starts, which led the customer lost 5b. According to the section rule number 5 "Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. Failure to follow this rule may be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.",he deserves at least a TWC.
Sticky: [Section Rules] Old School RuneScape Skill Training

This rule is an important one. A trainer can ask to reset the pin, which may effect after 7(?) days. On a big order like rc99, those 7 days are easily exceeded, which may the trainer have access to the bank, IF he resets the bank pin.

The customer was notified via a similar route, though it wasn't as direct, the customer had the opportunity to read the TOS but failed to read it as he probably just clicked agree. Nonetheless thanks for the report sir @Gregory
