    Worthy's service got my account banned.

    I was told to open this report by global mods Gladiator and BlackBlasses.

    I paid Worthy services to do 95-99 RC'ing via bloods for me. After a few days I received a message on discord from a clan member questioning me about botting bloods, so I asked worthy about it and was assured no botting was going on. I wake up this morning to my account perma banned, and appeal was denied. 20 levels away from maxing and 5B bank gone.

    Screenshot - proof of ban appeal being denied, stating that botting was present on the account. I can provide screenshots with the login and RSN not blurred out, along with the date the email was received. Along with a screenshot of the same login email being sent to worthy's worker to start the order.

    Screenshot - Worthy's response to me telling them the account was banned, I woke up and checked HS to see the progress on the account only to see that no account existed on the HS. So I logged in to see it was perma banned.

    I would also like to state that I do not expect to be compensated or refunded for the service, the money spent on this service is negligible compared to the value of the account itself not even considering the bank or rare pets on the account. I posted this more so as a warning to others, and to let the sythe community know of what happen.

    Screenshot - accusing me of doing the botting on the account, even though they've had access to the account for a week now. The worker claimed to have been doing the service 18 hours a day, but didn't realize that they hit 99 RC'ing until after the password was changed and they checked screenshots?

    Apologies for the delay. Let's dig into this. For example, since the 12th of June 2021, Worthy Services has done business with clientele through roughly 600+ tickets, most of which being services, be it powerleveling, questing, and the like. All transcripts are saved as to provide proof of payment, service, etc. If you will, humor my idea that Runecrafting is a highly monitored skill as far as bot busting, along with Agility and gold farming scripts. Out of said 600+ services, there have been 0 banned accounts, aside from this supposed case. Worthy Services announced a flash sale on Runecrafting and Agility powerleveling on 26 June 2021, to the tune of 20$ per 1m xp in each aforementioned skill. 50+ tickets equating roughly 70m xp were opened to take advantage of said deal, and to this point, no other clientele have been issued a ban. Worthy Services' workers are not permitted to use bots while powerleveling or questing. This is strictly monitored, and no worker has ever been reprimanded for doing so. All workers are also required to provide screenshots of level ups within RuneLite, OpenOSRS, or the vanilla client. Between all archived and opened tickets, there are no such issues with clientele being issued a ban. Let's move on to the evidence that will back up our case.

    My first point will address the issue regarding our Terms of Service.

    As seen in line item 3, "I, and my workers are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or locks that might occur on your account(s).", our workers are not permitted to use bots in any way, shape, or form when powerleveling or questing a client's account. This is enforced thoroughly, and closely monitored.
    Furthermore, line item 6, "You will not log in whilst a service is being done, unless told you can, doing so will result in the termination of the service with NO refund.", clearly states that permission is required from @Worthy Services, @ChellBell, or the associated worker to log into the account while the ticket is still open. The plaintiff accessed the account before the agreed upon work was completed, violating our Terms of Service, although that is partially beside the point. Let's move on to the proof of validity regarding our worker's authenticity of service.

    As seen in the following screenshots, RuneLite was utilized in the powerleveling of the plaintiff's account.

    In lieu of the plaintiff's case point regarding a clan member PM'ing him regarding the questionable response times of the account, our workers are thoroughly instructed to never answer in-game PM's or clan chat messages during services. I've personally reached out to a certain number of individuals regarding botting in OSRS, and have been told that roughly 55% of most Runecrafting bots are busted within 24 hours of running a Runecrafting script. That being said, out of the ~70m Runecrafting xp that was ordered from the aforementioned sale provided by Worthy Services, assuming that the workers Worthy Services employs uses bots, we should have anticipated roughly 20-25 cases of a client receiving a ban. We have had one such 'incident' thus far; this case. I would also like to add that the plaintiff's username can still be added in-game. I would motion to suggest that the plaintiff foresaw the possibility of one investigating this case, and preemptively double name changed and moved the RSN to another account that does not appear on the hi-scores. This is further bolstered by the fact that the plaintiff changed the account password of a 'banned' account, and refused to allow staff of Worthy Services to check and validate that the account had been banned.

    In summation, I would urge all involved parties to question the idea that bots were used in the powerleveling of the plaintiff's account. All service tickets are archived, and no other cases have been brought forth regarding the legitimacy of Worthy Services and the worker(s) involved in the, roughly, 70m runecrafting xp that was purchased between a number of clientele, taking advantage of this sale.

    I am not looking for compensation or a refund. The account was banned, and I have proof of the username and login in the appeal email. Which I said I could provide to a sythe mod if needed, along with proof of the same login being provided to your worker. I also provided the unedited version removing the login email to everyone in the ticket.

    The service was completed but your worker somehow forgot that is was completed until he went and checked screenshots. That picture is above. I changed the password once I saw the account was removed from HS and logged in to see it was perma banned.

    Screenshot - Screenshot - the worker who did my service is also in a proxy discord which boast its success when used with botting. If the worker isn't botting, why use proxies or be associated with a discord that is primarily used for botting?

    All of our workers are required to use VPN's for services, since they're all primarily in other countries. Speaking of botting, I'd like to offer these screenshots regarding that subject.

    Also, regarding our worker 'forgetting' that the service is done, I previously stated that most of our workers are based in other countries. Many of them have very spotty internet. It isn't unheard of for a worker to take a bit to respond to discord messages, especially when they have 20-30+ tickets they're currently working on.

    The screenshots are irrelevant. I have screenshots of every level I did on my main that are relevant to any of those plugins. I'm also sure I could any of the plugin providers to provide a date of the last time I've used them, and possibly even the account they were used on.

    I would like to point out that since this whole unfortunate event was brought to my attention this morning, PacktheBowl has for some reason left most of the aforementioned botting discord servers he owns plugins in. I can post proof in a deleted post for privacy reasons if needed. I believe this happened between the time he informed us he would be opening a Sythe report, and most notably, prior to his previous comment about a worker (which nobody in this photo provided is an employee of ours) being in other botting and or proxy servers.

    Because I have no reason to continue playing the game. My main is perma banned, thanks to your services. I have no wish to continue my alts, which used the plugins. Trying to diminish my name is your only defense. I've provided all of the facts to you before I opened this thread, you choose to ignore them and blame me. I provided the appeal email which contained the login email and username that was provided and shown in screenshots to you - instead of facing the facts your team choose to attack me and claim I double name changed. I have nothing to gain from this situation.

    You also closed my ticket which showed me asking for updates, your worker providing the screenshot that only showed a logged in time of 20-30 seconds and a level screenshot/or a highscore screenshot. They could've easily botted the service that I paid for and then manually did the last few runs for the level screenshot in RuneLite. If he did 18 hours a day on the account, why didn't any of the update screenshots actually show a logged in time longer than 20-30 secs? I can also not open the transcript of the ticket because I have no privileges in the server.

    Also, why use proxies that are associated with botting to do your services on? That proxy provider had a huge ban wave recently, putting your clients at risk for false bans just by being associated with the provider. You would think that a clean service would use clean VPN's not associated with botting.

    Hello, sorry for the delay.

    As previously stated your picture shows nothing, as nobody pictured is a member of my staff or a worker of mine. So far you have provided no proof that I or my workers use those proxies.

    And to be clear me and my team attempted to resolve this on discord with you. You refused, and then asked me what kind of refund you would get if you gave us the login information to verify. You sent us nothing but cropped images, and all of your screenshots on this report have been the same.

    I believe the facts of this case have been laid out fairly for both sides. I have provided you with every level up screenshot from your order and if I need to I can send you your previous transcripts with us that went flawlessly.

    Just one other question, if you no longer have the desire to play RuneScape, why stay in some botting discords but leave the Discords where I have proof you own plugins and scripts?

    Also, not sure if you are aware but the client you use breaks ToS.

    Unfortunately we will not be requiring anything of Worthy in terms of a refund. There just isn't enough to say what happened here.
    Though I would like to give some pointers
    - @Worthy even though you have a "click agree to see all channels" on your discord, it's still a good idea to tag the TOS / at least remind the users to remove any wealth prior to the service. There was honestly no reason for the guy to have 5b on his account for a RC order which requires no bank access
    - Also, when your worker completes an order, they should immediately tag the customer and let them know. Having poor internet is not an excuse to "forgot" to let a customer know an order is done. The worker is already logged into the account, its not really possible for him to forget that he completed an order for 99 RC.
    - Lastly it's apparent that there are some changes in terms of plugins/ clients from the worker from all of the screenshots that are provided in the ticket/ from the worker. Though this isn't enough to say the worker botted, lets try to make sure all of the screenshots stay the same, if possible.
