That screenshot is only regarding the 25m, I still payed 40m for services that were never completed. I was originally suppost to have mm2 done on the account but settled for ds2 even though it was not what I wanted. However not only did you not complete what I originally ordered, you did not even complete ds2 on that account nor the ds2 on the other, which is what I settled for. Had you completed that I would not be entilted to a refund and I would be forced to pay you the remaining 25m. For a total of 65m for the completed order.

That is how it works. You don't go to McDonald's and pay for a burger but they only give you the buns and no burger in it. You payed for the whole meal. It is kinda like buying a car without an engine, what good does it do when the whole thing is not finished? To prove this actually caused trouble for me, since the service is worth nothing for me unless FULLY completed, I had to go to another service discord to finish up what Seke did not finish because it has no worth unless fully completed. Now this wouldn't been an issue if it was 99% finished, which while bothersome, I could probably finish myself... but there was a lot missing, the second account he only did ds2 on it but it was missing everything else. The 70-77 prayer, the nmz points, the full void, getting the salve(e) amulet etc.

This is incorrect. There was not only 1 order you did not finish, but 2. We can see it as 1 order for 2 accounts for the sake of simplicity. 1 for completing ds2 and some other stuff, and 1 for completing mm2(which I settled for ds2 instead because of the mistake). Which you finished neither of.

 

@Empire Services All I need from you is proof you completed either MM2 or DS2 on the accounts in question. Do not post anything other than what I am asking for.

50m was for another order before that. After that I still had 65m for those 2 accounts which I this report concerns, which out of that 65m, 40m was payed by me with 25m left unpayed. So 40m in total for both the account that had DS2(not completed) done instead of MM2 and the other account that was suppost to get DS2(which was completed) and some other stuff(which was not completed).

Incorrect, it had enough gp for mm2, this is proved by the fact that u did actually buy gear on the account but not for mm2. Once nearly finished there wasn't enough gp anymore. And that is maybe contributed by the fact that the account was a lot of q from 200QP, which also why it makes sense I wanted mm2 on it and not ds2 and also why there wasn't enough gp afterwards for completing ds2.

 

He does not have to provide you with gear unless it was agreed upon before the service started. Do you have anything stating that he must provide the gear in order for the order to be completed? Do you have a ToS he agreed to?

He isn't obligated to pay you to make up for your mistake.

He is entitled to the 40m order. There is nothing left to discuss except confirmation of this refund being issued.

Exactly, your mistake caused it to be more expensive and you expect him to pay to fix for your mistake. Not happening.

This was during the service after you made a mistake and worked toward DS2. Again, he isn't obligated to make up for your mistake. Please issue him the refund. You have 24 hours to issue this. Failure to do this will result in a ban. I will be locking the thread to avoid spam until this is done.

 

@Empires Services has paid @Venoalo1414 the 40m. Thank you very much @Empire Services. Please let this be a lesson to you for future business endeavors. Have a plan for a service and plan for all possibilities of an issue arising, that way you are prepared and can handle accordingly.
