How they scammed:
Hello everyone, I am Jaywalker#9754 on discord. I am a regular customer at Empire Services. I regularly order from them. Lately Seke(owner of Empire Services) has been really slow and done mistakes in my orders(not finishing accounts, doing entirely wrong service on them etc...). He was suppost to do Monkey Madness II on one of my accounts and instead did Dragon Slayer II. I said that is not what I ordered but it is fine anyways. So I had put enough money on the account to finish mm2. Then he requests that I put more money to finish ds2 despite me not ordering ds2. He expects me to pay for extra supplies and what not for an order I didn't make. He says he is losing more money for doing ds2 and I say that I know that but it is still not my fault, he very frequently ignores what I write to him in messages on discord and knew he would eventually fuck up. That is fine as long as he pays for his own mistake and not me. He ends up getting mad that I did not wish to add more gp to the account for his mistake and does not finish the services on 2 accounts I had ordered. Now I have payed 100s of mils in payment to him and never had issues before. And had the 10% discount role on his discord that only big customers have. I owed him 25m(I always have tabs to pay at him, and pay them after service, usually up to very high amounts) and said I would pay them after he finishes them, he did not finish them and so I did not pay the remaining amount I owed. Consequentially he removed me from his discord and so I lost my role and cant make anymore orders from them despite him being the one who fucked up and I didn't demand him to do mm2 on the account and just agreed on having dragon slayer II done for the money that was actually suppost to go to mm2.

I also want to tell you guys that Seke has been reported before for conducting shady buisness. That is why Empire Services have a "Do Not Trade" on them, all those accusations about him outsourcing work is true. Me as a long time customer who knows how Seke works can confirm it is all true.

Amount scammed: I payed 65m for 2 accounts, one to have ds2 finished and one to have mm2 finished, along with some extra stuff such as having full void done, nmz points for imbuement, getting salve amulet(e), 70-77 prayer etc on the ds2 account. I payed 40m of the 25m owed and the accounts were never fully finished, infact one of the never had any of the mm2 stuff on it done instead he did ds2 on them. Even though I myself dont value anything not completely finished because we agreed on payments for fully completed orders and since I did not fuck up or do anything that would want them to terminate the services on my account, I would say 40m was scammed.

this person usually did small jobs, usually never paid before the order, he asked me to do mm2, the worker made a mistake and did a lot of reqs for ds2 and completed everything just missing the last boss to finish. i explained the mistake and he said it was ok to do ds2 since it was a more expensive order. he proceeded! i asked him to add a little gp for gear and finish ds2! he told me not to add anything because it was my mistake... i asked him to pay me for the order! 25m he tells me no to finish the job first. i cancel the deal and in the end he stole 25m of the order, i wonder who ripped off who????

I knew you would fuck up eventually because you barely answer or understand what people type to you. Maybe it is due to the lack good english comprehension. Either way I don't mind as long as you and your workers pay for your own mistake. If I wanted to be an ass I'd tell you to finish mm2 either way because as a customer I have every right to demand whatever I payed for, otherwise you will have to refund me. I am not responsible for your mistakes. If it was missing gp to finish ds2 then go add gp, I added enough for mm2 for which was what I was originally suppost to get done on the account. I am not paying extra for you to finish ds2.

You also never fully completed the order on the other account as well. You did only a 1/3 of what I payed for. Which is more than the 25m I owed.

And btw the whole small jobs thing is a blatant lie. He never even had enough workers available due to how much work I had for him. Which is why I order from multiple service discords.

upload the evidence of what I have stolen, stop screwing other people and work as we do the others.

 

Read what I wrote above, I put enough money on the account for mm2. The fact that you or your worker made a mistake is your fault, not mine. If you needed 10m, put it on the account yourself.

 

I will say no further in this or reply to you in this anymore until a mod or admin is here check out the report.

i have posted proof that this person is just trying to screw with my reputation. where am i supposed to steal money from if i ask him in the chat to add 10m for a gear and he says no i will add it? where am i supposed to steal any gp? you should block this person for false accusations.

 

Based on the evidence presented to me, this report will result in the following:

Because @Empires Services didn't complete the order he was contracted for, @Venoalo1414 is entitled to a refund.

I saw in the screenshots that @Venoalo1414 said it was ok to just complete DS2, and had @Empire Services completed that, @Venoalo1414 wouldn't be entitled to a refund due to this new deal. But you also never finished that new deal order and wanted more GP to finish it which @Venoalo1414 is not expected to provide. Therefore, @Venoalo1414 has a choice of a refund or having @Empire Services completing what was originally ordered (MM2).

@Empire Services You cannot expect someone to be ok with a mistake you made, whether or not you feel the mistake is worth more. I can't go to an Audi car dealership and pay for an R8. They give me an A8. Both nice cars, but not what i paid for. So I either get what I paid for or I get my money back. Thanks @Superfluous for that analogy.

Please pay @Venoalo1414 the 40m he paid you. Let me know once this is done.

He did pay for part of the order. 40m of a total of 65m. You didn't do what he contracted you for. Therefore, he is entitled to a refund of the 40m he paid.

 

the 40m are from previous orders, i will send proof, the order was fully completed. only the last boss to be killed, i told him to add money for gear, from the beginning he broke the contract.

 

Please show me evidence of you completing the order he contracted you for on the account he is reporting you for.

 

@Venoalo1414 It seems from your screenshots you paid him 50m with 65m being owed for the rest. Did he mess up only the one account? What about the other accounts. How much did you pay for the specific account you are reporting him for (the account that had DS2 done instead of MM2).
