Basically, use slayer to get charms until you can make Bloated Leeches. When you can make these, camp at cockroach soldiers, and you can get 68 in no time at all.

 

What level is it to make bloated leech pouches?

Thanks... but that doesn't tell me what to do to get 1-68. It just says the basics of the summoning skill.
