Sounds like he was planning somthing tbh.. there was a statment saying it wasnt a real yawn... you wouldnt jail somone for that if there wasnt a twist.

 

Wow, that judge is up his/her ass if anyone is.

He abused his power because he thought someone was trying to mock him/mock "his" courtroom.

 

Thats messed up lol.

 

Ouch glad no one else yawned I find yawns rather catching, its actually made yawn now.

 

It's all based on when and how he did it. Like you can obviously tell if someone is intentionally yawning or is just naturally doing that. Maybe holding someone in contempt is one thing, but 6 months... that's ridiculous.

 

Thats just messed up , maybe he got bored that would be the cause of yawning like me

Well I think they should have another trial regarding this. Maybe they can get the witnesses to enlighten a more unbiased judge and maybe reverse it.

They could even possibly charge the judge for abuse or etc =@

That is kind of ridiculous i mean comeon if it had a video showing it i might believe the judge but he went a little too far.

It was more than just a yawn and, I doubt he'll serve longer than a month. All sentences like this get reduced.
