XXL Services (off-site scam)

hello there,
i just wanna say its sad to see this discord doesnt care about they customers, I orderd many things there more then 1.5b spend on my iron, And have like 536m still in pending orders first the came that too salesmanagers stole the payments for the workers Can prove that i paid, I dont know if this really true but fine so my money was stolen and my worker said he would not get paid if he would still do it so there came so frustration, I get his view of point but i cant do anything about it, it was mine money and i paid for it and can prove that, My worker didnt show much progress doing much other tickets, but for mine nah, I told him if u can do it faster, i will give u some extra, if you get a unique you will get 10m or more but i realised, I must be crazy paying again for orders what i orderd months ago, so here we are again 50kc demonic gorilla in 3 weeks time, But i see feedbacks he finished other tickets, i kinda feel scammed the way how it goes now, I try to contact the server owner, salesmanagers, Workers, Dont get a repsonse in days, They wont give my money back but they dont give me the service, I paid for.

The whole thing about that 2 salesmanagers take the money has nothing to do with a customer, I even tried to talk to the guys, they say me a whole different story and thats ok, I dont choose sides if i dont be a 100 procent sure. Only thing i can say it makes me sad, its like going to a store and you orderd something and then they say the store is robbed and they say sorry you paid for it but cant give you what you bought

please can somebody help me with this and what i maybe can do?

I paid for the service but they came up with a story Vlak and eddie stole the workers money and so i be the victim of it, They refuse to pay me back or continue the server
