70 thieving, 2m bank in seeds, full rogue but most importantly the 60 str for pumping and getting obby maul?

My suggestion would be to keep the account and train it more, but keep it 10hp

Maybe even switch to Barb Fishing and get your fishing/agility levels up

 

thats true and semiafk aswell altho you will get like 75 str from 99 fishing so that would take a while

You could probably get more for it then since you can keep it 10hp
