Rule;
Cryptocurrency fees must be confirmed before the trade. In the event a fee is not discussed and a transaction is in limbo due to no confirmations for extended time, the customer is owed the difference if the value of the cryptocurrency were to decrease - the inverse does not apply.

• In the absence of fee discussion, a maximum confirmation time is applied: 2 hours. You are responsible for the difference if the confirmation time exceeds 2 hours.

Explanaton of the trade; R2pleasent withheld my wages for a week while paying out the other workers that he fired off rsgoldrush. I waited my week until the actual pay day and R2 sent my payment today with a disgustingly low fee, using a confirmation tracker the tx is not going to confirm for between 24-48 hours and he KNEW I needed this money to survive and pay for my family and that I am colombian my friends and already waited 7 days compared to others. Transaction is 6 hours old and is nowhere near confirmed. There was no discussion of fees.

He also threatened me about keeping me DNT'd;

Transaction is confirmed. This guy is grasping at straws here. He's lucky to get paid at all, considering he was lying and deceiving us as the supposed "staff manager". His pay was actually sent early anyways. It was owed on July 1st, 2021. We paid it out yesterday (June 30). We no longer associate with this person, and we strongly advise anyone on Sythe to avoid him and the previous ownership of RSGR.
