I was going to post this, but thanks for making it easier on my part!

Les Paul was a great guitarist, and Gibson a better guitar manufacturer. I loved playing my friends Les Paul guitar, only inspired by Les Paul himself. That man is going to rest in peace.

I found this out only an hour ago, he will be missed for generations and generations. A guitar legend, fallen. Just as much of a hero as Billy Mays. Though, I'm surprised Les lived up to 94, he lived a long time :D

Holy Crap....i didn't get even no about this... That really sucks that he died that makes me want to get a Les Paul even more now. Gotta save up the money from working to get one :). May he rest in peace and forever may his guitars be sold to everyone around the world!

His guitars are going to go WAY up in sentimental value. I think that they should discontinue them as they would be rare as hell and whoever had one would get about 2x what it's worth. And if it's signed, it would be like 10 grand rofl.

Yeah heard about it online about 30min after it was
broadcasted and it is a pretty big loss in the music
    community.

If they discontinued his Les Paul guitars and someone
had a autographed guitar it would go for much much much
more than 10 grand I just bought a Limited edition
Gibson 335 guitar signed by eric clapton for 10k and
    thats a good deal.
