@Bobbbbbb has requested that I make the sythe report on his behalf as he's not use to this sort of situation and has no experience or idea on what to post on write on this.

Additionally to this, I helped negotiate the sale of the account between the two users so I know all that has happened.

I've contacted @Andy on discord to inform of this situation and he requested I make a report.

Myself and @Bobbbbbb are happy to provide all and any information or screenshots required to provide proof of this account being recovered and sold.

Because the account in question is of high value and high nature any information regarding it will be provided privately because the account was sold for $3400 at the time and still holds a value of $2500+ because of the levels, items and more.

I also have personally sold @steamcpl a high value account in which I'm happy to recover and provide as compensation. I also have a lot of personal information on @steamcpl which I'll provide to staff members that can do with as they please.

Hey, I was just added on Facebook and messaged about this by Agile Life.

I don't know what's going on yet but just to give some more context, I wasn't the one who sold this account to bobbee, Agile was.

I had control of this account and the original owner was someone other than me (Agile knew this, I can't say if bobbee knew since I wasn't in on the negotiations) and Agile Life sold this account and we split the money ($1400/$2000).

The account was advertised on the Agile Life discord as an account being sold BY the discord and the negotiations and payment for the account didn't include me.

I can add more info in the evening when I'm back, just came here to drop some info since I was just made aware of it via fb.

Edit again: Also why I didn't have bobbee added was because yesterday Agile confronted me via discord about me airing his laundry (I'm the one who got him banned) with someone from another discord and we decided to stop talking to eachother so I removed everyone from that discord (imgur.com).

Edit2: also I didn't remove anyone off of Discord until yesterday, and agile just told me the account was supposedly recovered 4 days ago

I don't know what else to put? Most of it was discussed via voice chat.

But anyone from the Agile discord including Bobbee should be able to confirm that the account was advertised and being sold by the server.

None of the potential buyers or the actual buyer themselves knew that I was in control of the account until it was time to switch over the email. I was just paid my cut from Agile after the deal was done.

Edit: The discord server also had 2 selling pages. 1 for staff and 1 for agile. This account was advertised under the "Agile life" accounts. Not even the staff accounts (I wasn't even staff anyway).

I'm happy to take responsibility if the account was really recovered, since I was actually involved, but I found it ironic that the person making this report is the one who actually sold the account and used their name to get the high price tag.

Also wanted to point out that both of these people are upset with me. Agile for getting him banned and Bobbee for getting Agile banned (he told me I made a mistake and that Agile was innocent).

 

huh? I am confused, did anyone refute my claims? Can you please ask the actual victim, bobbee?

Also why do you think Agile made $1400 off the deal if I was the one selling the account?

Furthermore, how do I even know the account was recovered? As far as I know the user was selling this account (because it was a HCIM that died). How do I know they didn't just sell it to someone and now want it recovered?

I'm really blown away right now since I can't see how there is any evidence that I sold the account.

Edit: By the way I would have already sent in a recovery request by now, but I'm not the original owner (something I didn't hide). I do however trust the original owner and reached out to him on fb.

But just for the record, can you confirm that @Bobbbbbb told you that Agile did NOT sell the account to him?

It may not matter to you but it matters to me.

Edit: Also regarding you speaking to @Bobbbbbb is it normal for the staff investigating a case to get information from the other side outside of the report ticket? It seems to me that if someone is giving you information it should be given here in the public forum so that I get the opportunity to refute anything they might say.
I'm not saying this isn't normal but if it is, it feels a bit unfair.
