I’ve been in communication with @42O since he contacted me this morning.
I’m more than happy to help in anyway I can, however;
I explained that

1. My TOS clearly states I carry the responsibility to refund 100% of the money for 30 days. This is outlined at the beginning of my TOS and at the bottom of my TOS.
2.Within our Discord conversation, I explained that if he had the email changed to his (which he opted to do)
I have ZERO ability to help recover as the email was the only information / way I have control over the acc.

This acc was provided to me with no recovery details & all of my account sales are done with no recovery details provided to the purchaser.

Sorry this has happened, we did this sale 7 months ago though.

I have no way to verify if the acc has truly been recovered or if this acc was merely put on a different email of @42O ’s and I’m being told that the acc is gone. I’m not saying that’s what I think happened, I just have zero ability to verify if the acc is truly recovered. (since it’s no longer tied to my email per his request)

In the past, I didn’t have my TOS written like it was and I have refunded clients that claimed their acc was stolen, when in fact I knew it wasn’t. However, during that time I had no proof to show that the acc was indeed NOT stolen. Due to I had to refund those clients.
Since then, I mandate acc’s stay tied to my email upon sale, unless otherwise specified by the purchaser.
When the purchaser says they want it on their email, I explain (like I did in this scenario)
That I have zero ability to help recover should they choose to have the acc registered to their email.

Furthermore,
EVEN IF the acc stays tied to my email, I still maintain a 30 day refund policy.

In this scenario, 7 months have passed since the sale & the buyer opted to have the acc registered to his email after payment.

I’m sorry this has happened, but I don’t maintain any liability for the account at this point in time.

When I spoke yo 42O today, he claimed I sold the acc with a lifetime warranty.
I told him I’d honor it if he could provide me with that screen shot, however; I’ve looked back at all of our communication during the sales process and at no point did I agree to a lifetime warranty.

Admins can see the edited post where it was attempted recovered just over the 30 day mark. Also, Ive attempted to recover it myself with the details I have. In his TOS it says for the first 30 days it would be linked to his email, not the whole period. Regardless of the amount, a scam is a scam. Whoever if not you.

 

Yes, I mandate the email stays tied to mine for the first 30 days
As that’s my refund period.
Afterwards, should the purchaser reach out and want the acc to be registered to their email, then we go ahead and change it, as at that point I don’t carry liability for their acc.

People can choose however, (most my customers do) to keep the acc tied to my email so if their computer was compromised/key logged, I’d still be able to recover their acc for them.

 

Contacted the OO aswell, they'll see what they can do.

 

So I'm out of an account or 1.2k basically. Unless the oo helps. Thats awesome. Broken fucking logic. So.. anyone csn put a 1 month responsibility and basically recover their accounts and they don't get shit. Awesome.

 

Lol, I wouldn't of asked him to help once I received it and then to find out it got recovered. Is what it is. Hopefully rsaccounts pulls through. If not ill be leaking the email it is attached to to add to the do not buys.
