Ideal candidates have profound interest in talking about their hobbies for which they lack any proficiency (e.g. cooking, construction, pets), and should regularly give updates that nobody asks for in the form of poorly framed photos. Any applicant should have a perceived confidence in their idiocy, but this confidence should be contrived and cringe to no end. Applicants should have remarkably low IQ and should struggle with basic logic and social skills. Those applicants who pertain to a particular degenerative caste, culture or racial group (i.e. Hicks, spics, chicks, or africs) are especially encouraged to apply.
Although it is ultimately our goal to find someone as hopelessly brain-fried as our last bottom totem pole member, certain motifs that are common among such mongoloid degens are not welcome. Child grooming and predation are now STRICTLY prohibited. Anything from long-winded conversations with underage teenage girls, or the purchasing of Christmas clothes for thereof are grounds for IMMEDIATE termination.
