YouTube help please?

I just recently opened up a new YouTube channel and I don’t know fully what I am doing. Main points of what I am getting at is, how do I gain subscribers, likes an more views? I have two videos up currently and my channel in only a few days old with no subscribers. Can someone briefly explain and help?

 

First and foremost if you are not known on other websites, then it will take a long time to gain subscribers. Youtubes algorithm is weird, so my best suggestion is to make videos over 10+ minutes, CLICK BAIT the titles, and make the most quality videos you can.
