Hi, i purchased 130m from chicks gold on the 26th. They wanted a unreasonable amount of verification information that i was not comfortable to give and i requested a refund. 3 days later and it still has not been proccessed and they keep making excuses about it. I am now forced to retrieve my money through my bank.

Just wanted to warn people for the future

 

If any mod needs proof please message me on this account.

Also what is their allowed refund policy window?

Sorry to hear of this delay in refund. I work for chicks, could you pass me your order id, privately if you like and we will look into this. Please be aware 3-5 business days is our normal time frame for refund via our payment processor.

 

Im not interested in a refund at this point or posting any private information on a public thread. I have disputed the payment with my bank and canceled my card.

 

They have had days to resolve this. It should of be done immediately.

We put through the refund, but for the payment processor to actually process the refund can take 3-5 business days that's what causes the delay. You can pm me or chicks (Chicks) the order ID privately if you still wish.

 

Having spoken with Chicks neither of us received the order ID so we aren't able to check this specific order, but just to clarify, it's true for anytime a customer is unable/ unwilling to complete verification that we issue a refund and that refund will take 3-5 business days to process.

 

I'm going to close this for now. @Ripped off customer feel free to re-report if it's not refunded.
