How long does it take for Runescape to read an appeal?

My account was permanently banned about 2 1/2 years ago for real world trading and my last chance appeal was denied. Anyways, I've noticed I have another chance to re-appeal, so I appealed my permanent ban and it has been a 1 1/2 days and still nothing. Anyone know whats the average time it takes for Jagex to read an appeal? Thank you.

 

It shouldn't take more than three days but in some cases (usually for lock appeals) it can take up to a week. You will not get unbanned for RWT unless it was classed as a "manual permanent ban".

 

I waited 3 weeks when the new appeal system was first released.

 

Yeah that was because there was a huge backlog with everyone suddenly submitting appeals. It's back to normal now.

 

It was classed as a Manual Permanent Ban, so hopefully I can get it back.

Was a pretty good account, had 99 range and about 20m.

I'm also trying to get my locked account back that got banned with 200m on it 2 years ago, lol.

 

By the way, what does Manual Permanent Ban mean?

I can't remember, there was a thread somewhere else where someone gave a definition of it. But I've seen a few threads now where people have been unbanned for it.

 

Awwwww, waited 2 whole days for my appeal to be read and it got Denied.

So sad.

Lol. They wouldn't unban you for RWT. Also, my lognest appeal took 7 days.

 

I was banned 7-14-07 by being accused of buying gold but it was my older brother. it resulted in a permenant ban and i reset my password then forgot it and i recovered my password about 4 days ago and it let me log in and redo my appeal. Same here i got my account hacked and stolen because of Jagex poor security system, and when i got it back the next day the guy got me banned for heavy offensive language and website advertising.... now ive been waiting for 2 days for my appeal and than Jagex still might not give it back to me, ontop of that my full dragon plate my full barrows DH and veracs, and all my dragon pickaxe dragon hatchet and the 50mil in bank is proly gone now... and they wont fix it, Is there a way to sue Jagex for being stupid?

 

I've put in an appeal and it still hasn't been accepted. I've been waiting for a week now. Had a red phat and other stuff aswell. It was a perm ban for RWT in 2007 also.

 

Yah but i was just hacked cause Jagex sucks at security in all honesty, i didnt do a single thing wrong i worked for everything on that account myself im going to be pissed if i dont get my account back, ive paid for that stupid game they better give it back to me, and im serious ill try to sue them if they dont.

I didnt actually have to appeal when the new thing came out, My account was just unbanned lol! it was awesome. I had a perm ban and it was just repealed

 

No bro im not bad.... no shit im mad, i left this game cause Jagex sucked, and just recently came back, they want my money they better start protecting what im paying for and than have the god damn nerve to sit there and not give it back to me for a week, i think they owe me more than i owe them... they are retarded the only reason i play it is because when i pvp on wow, i like to skill on RS, skilling is the only reason RS is playable, everything else on the damn game sux and they still cant protect it.
