Paper with account information would be the same as selling an account.
You're also not allowed to sell paper because it will be deemed stupid by a moderator.

Selling a piece of paper with valuable information is the same as typing the valuable information online. It is an account, so it's an account, meaning it's an account. It doesn't matter how you sell it. It's an account. Get it?
