What can make you happy?

Even the little things count.

For me as a teacher it is when I tell something and I can see that someone genuinely is interested / fascinated by it.
Or after I finished a good book.
When I wake up and the sun is shining.

Etc etc.

I know a lot of people that use exercise as their means for happiness. But for me it's completing a task and knowing I've done well. Whether it be an assignment or just cooking something. Makes me happy finishing something.

 

As long as my girl has a smile on her face I am happy with my life!

 

money, family, friends and ofcourse reaching my goals/achievements.

camping with friends is defiantly up there with making me happy

 

Watching a good movie for the first time !

 

Worshipping and Allah(god) and exercising.

 

Having a laugh with friends

 

Setting myself incipient goals makes me jubilant, and most especially after I achieve them. Keeping fit and salubrious makes me blissful - I ken this because I have had my moments where I would be a slob and eat junk food, which after a while puts a negative effect on my happiness and posture. Being around those I profoundly love, and just generally being around other ecstatic, positive people makes me blissful.

 

For me at the end of the day i think if my day was productive, or whether i wasted it. If in my opinion it was a productive day, then i get a rush of happines.

 

Long bike rides make me happy, same with spending time with people and meeting new people.

 

Money and cars, for sure.

 

Money, women, working out, being in nature, hiking, adrenaline, reading, building businesses, meeting cool people.

 

Watching my girlfriend put lotion on her body and take care of herself, watching her read a book with a cup of tea in her hand
