Explanation of the trade:
Worked for me for a while, had some incidents happening where customers did not change password after an order and then wealth dissapeared, first it was multiple workers still having access to the account. However after a while it was 100% clear that Rubaseti was the one taking the gp of the accounts the entire time. Created an alt discord to see whether he would try and take an order outside of the server which he took with both hands.

Can you provide any other evidence to suggest it was edgar taking the wealth besides the one incident of the customer claiming only he had access?

This was a job that was ordered directly between two workers of mine.

 

Incident where three workers still had access to the bankpin + password, however the bank was still fine and only items in the inventory were stolen. Rubaseti was the only one with the password.

Yes thank you. I'm assuming that is the TOS every customer agrees to before one of your workers trains accounts.

There are a couple issues as it stands.

1. As you stated in your OP, for the incidents where multiple people had access to a customers account. There is no way to prove who logged on the account and took the wealth.

2. For the incident where @edgarjrrubasetti was the only person to have the account details. Did this alleged theft take place after the service was completed (from your first picture where the customer states "a week later, I was somewhere else")? Why didn't the customer change his password once the service was completed? Edgar can't be held responsible for this.

3. Exactly how much are you claiming is owed here. I am trying to get an understanding of when the thefts took place during the service.

 

Yes that is a correct assumption.

1. No that is true, however it all adds up to who stole the items in the end
2. The 400m theft was immediately after the details were passed out, the other thefts were after the service when customers did not change their password indeed. If you guys think that Rubaseti is not responsible in that case then so be it, i just put all evidence that i have out there.
3. The total of theft was around 500m, but the one theft that was during the service (400m). So if Rubaseti is only responsible for that theft then it is 400m that is owed

 

Today I was fired after more than a year of service where I have worked honestly without rest, it is unfortunate that I am accused of something in which I did not participate and my name is lent to bad publicity! Certainly the events occurred but I never did or would do an act like the one I am accused of, I would not steal from anyone because I have no need to do so, being able to work to earn my money, something that I have been doing for a long time, jobs which have been praised by many customers
I wonder what crossed the mind of lucky, that is to say that I would win by stealing 20, 80 or 500m from an account knowing that I billed more than that, it is something completely nonsense!

the first problem was with a worker who before being a worker was a customer! I chose that I had stolen it and that he would return his money and that if he did not do so he would accuse me, in a threatening tone I immediately informed everyone of what was happening and everything could be resolved after lucky accessed my accounts and gave how much I had no income, apart from the fact that they had no membership, because of this I have come to think that there has been a plot on the part of kida to damage my reputation! something I'm not 100% sure about but it's something I don't rule out

After all this, similar complaints have been filed in 2 how many I have worked for and I have not had the bank pin! apart from all, they were accounts in which some time had passed since the work had been completed!

If it is assumed that there are some terms which clients accept before requesting a service, because I would have to take responsibility for something that I did not do and apart is a violation of the client's contract because they do not change their password and all this is added the fact that we cannot know if the client has requested services elsewhere and has not changed their password

Regarding the off-page business, there if I admit my guilt and understand that it is something that is not allowed and I participate to the client that it was not under the terms of lucky, even though the excuse is not in discussion, I will express myself by saying that it was a act of necessity because every day it is more difficult to take a job because luck is constantly adding new workers to the server without experience in the areas that we need help which causes the rest of us to lose work being the only beneficiary

I thank lucky for wishing me good luck in my miserable life as he said! But now I ask you if you think that my life is miserable, so do all your workers piece together? because we all lead the same life right now, sitting in front of the computer working to bring food home

After much deliberation, it's been decided that @Kidaaaaaa is entitled to the $75 deposit of @edgarjrrubasetti for his dropped untradeables. @Lucky Charm, please give that to him.

Unfortunately in situations like this, it is too difficult to say 100% edgar took all that is missing. Kida could've removed the items during the service, although unlikely. But it would be setting a dangerous precedent were we to award you the entire amount lost.

@edgarjrrubasetti will be keeping his DNT and will have to request a pardon for this.

Additionally, I find it very poor @Lucky Charm that you are accepting accounts from your workers in lieu of a cash deposit. That isn't what deposits are for. They are for situations like this. Not for personal gain. Please do not do this anymore.
