Mochaa Account recovery

I got a notification when logging in that my account got banned and I was stunned as I haven't even played the game or been on this site in a couple years. I was simply looking to maybe get back into It and as I logged into my account I got this link.

How do we go about me recovering this? I just tried logging in and it was successful but I can't do anything

I'm not sure why my account is listed as hacked as I never lost the password but I'd like iit to be unlocked please.
