No, wtf where is skielerz?

Skillers are better than both.

 

Mains... cause there you're pride and skilling can be fun.

You can also do alot my quests chill out with friends and go for many 99's without worrying of losing stuff pking.

 

this isnt really a fair question, which is better for what?

 

Mains

Mains let you explore and enjoy 90% of the game

Pures let you explore and enjoy 10% of the game

 

i would say mains are better for the overall game, but eventually after playing for a while most people end up realizing pking is the most fun thing to do in the game (this is obviously an opinion thats why i said most people) and when it comes to pking, pures are the funnest.

I enjoy 100% of the game as a pure. Even God Wars Dungeon, Barrows, King Black Dragon. Only restrictions on a pure are those that require defence like accessing Relleka, Yaks ect.

I do Bandos/Armadyl several times a week and have no problem finding teams.

 

still even if he got half the quests done, he can't do some of the best ones... he cannot do many events such as corporeal beast etc.

 

The training rates aren't the same because with 1 defence you have to bank more often and cannot acheive a maxed strength bonus. Training is signifigantly less xp/H.

Kinda pointless thread tbhh Pures are made to pwn mains! Thats the whole point...

 

No matter how good you range or strength, if you have 1 def I'm still going to hit 20+ repeatedly on you while standing there laughing at you in my bandos.

 

You a make pure after you are bored with your main, or want to experience a different style of pking, you dont join runescape and think, dang im going to make a dds pure for my first account even though i have no idea what that is...????

 

mains can still rape some pure in pvp so mains are the best and can skill and get 2 def

They're the only reason I kept playing runescape for more than 6 months, great community and very fun pking. 4/5 of my accounts are pures and they're the only accounts I play on.

Imo, pures vs pures is the best pking, mains vs mains is just to boring for me.

Where's the fun in fighting someone in which you only hit more than 0 every 3-4 hits.

 

I don't agree. If you pk high level members (like myself), the fights are quite exciting. You don't know if they have a VLS, ags, claws, or just a dds.

Also, where's the fun in fights that last 30 seconds? Boom, boom, boom, dds, dead.

 

Disagree, there is more skill and strategy involved in pure pking.

 

No. There isn't. There's no mode switching, you sit on the strength mode for your d scim, or the attack mode for your whip. Otherwise it'll 'ruin' your pure. You don't have to counter your opponents attacks, you simply have to pull a dds if you're low hp and they'll eat up. Your specs automatically hit like 20-20+ since it's all 1 def, and theres no chance of a failed attack.
