need medical advice

Ok I know what your all going to say but my family is to poor and i dont have medical or whatever to cover the costs of doctor visits or else i wouldnt post this. Anyway yeah my feet really hurt, i walk really slow etc because whenever i put my foot on the ground my heel hurts. I dont know what this can be, i play ball alot and this has only been happening recently like 1 - 2 months ago. This also happens in the morning when i wake up etc.

 

Ok, Tbh, if you can afford a computer, you can afford a doctor visit for 10-20.00.

Well, I had it too a couple of years ago. I had to roll a tennis ball on my foot to make it just feel better so I could stand up.

 

Where specifically in your foot? Top, arch, heel, toes?

Idk its hurts alot the pain never goes away, sometimes it does but then it comes back like during the night and morning.

 

Are there any ...punctures? Like, scabs, cuts, or anything where something could have been like cut in? Anything stuck in it?

 

Probably damaged muscles or the like. If this is a reoccuring problem, or has been going on for more than a a couple weeks, You need to visit a doctor, regardless of the money situation. Your feet are worth much, much more than 100 dollars for a doctors visit.
