Mr. Pencil' s Ban Dispute

It all started when this dude asked me to do a cape for him so i agreed, he payed cash and claimed and cancel. He told me i got 11 hrs to do the cape. So i told him i'd finish it in the morning. He then logs on the acc b4 i do after he said he wouldnt unless i pm and tell him it's ok. He dies in the cave and i tell him im not redoing or refunding because he broke the agreement. I offer for him to get back where i was an ill do it so he says iite.So then after a few hrs he says that if i buy some junk from him he'll forget about the cape. So i bought his maple longs (u) and he files a claim on paypal again for his cash back. Grave (the goldseller) was helping me with telling me what to do during the claim. He was helping and he can vouch that this dude is a scammer.

So now i ask myself is it right for me to get banned if the dude made an agreement with me that if i buy his junk he'd forget about the cape so i did and he claims back the cash so i screw up his pure. IF YOU LOOK ON MY FIRECAPE THREAD YOU CAN EVEN SEE THAT IF YOU LOG INTO THE ACC WHILE IM IN THE CAVES AND YOU DIE, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND NOR WILL I REDO!

I know what i did was wrong but i wanted to ask you a question,If sum1 broke into your house and killed your family and robbed and burned ur house would u do anything back to them, knowing that the Justice system is corrupt and of no use and
would do nothing to protect yourself and others from this criminal? Knowing he would get away and ur family is dead?

Well this is what i thought and with myself being short tempered i reacted with the way I saw fit at the time without really thinking it through. Now i realize what I did was wrong, but up to this day almost 2 months after, Bleedingstar.(scammer)
has not been banned, yet i am for responding to his crimes. Ask yourself If i was really a scammer why haven't any other ppl sucessfully reported and gotten me banned? Simply because i am not a scammer.
I have helped so many ppl with my firecape services and my vouches reflect that so why would i scam someone. Also Ask yourself this, if i "scammed" the dude by wrecking his account even though he told me to get him 99 defence

No. you've been denied 2 times before and I explained it thoroughly enough for you. Also don't submit the same dispute, at least change something. Denied from me.

 

I said no 3 or 4 times when doing those 19 pages, can you finally go away and stop?
