Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

zuzel/sparta.rs has been bumping their thread within the 07 WTS section, however they don't sell any 07 gold on their site, they only link to either partypeteshop or to rsgoldmine depending on what 07 gold button you click on their website. effectively partypeteshop and rsgoldmine just have multiple active threads in the 07 wts section.

if you navigate to their site and click on the 'buy osrs gold' button on the navigation bar, as directed to do so in their selling thread it will link you to:

this is not just a home page url link to partypete shop, this is a referral link designated specifically for sparta.rs


if you navigate to their site and instead of using the 'buy osrs gold' navigation button, you use the 'buy osrs gold' clickable image on their homepage it will link you to:

once again this is a sparta.rs specific referral link


While i've got no issues with affiliate marketing, especially given how the entire site besides the fire capes is all just referral links or I guess possible partnerships, it's a problem specifically with these ones because they are each (party pete and rsgoldmine) bumping active threads in the gold selling section and so is sparta.rs.

this is effectively just giving partypeteshop and rsgoldmine both 2 market threads in the wts 07 section. Sparta.rs created their thread in 2016 and it only has 40 pages so clearly it hasn't been being bumped continuously since then. That said the thread has now been being bumped consistently since october of 2020 all the way up to current date. Given sparta.rs seems to have no visible on-site functionality for selling gold currently, it seems obvious that when they began bumping their selling 07 thread again in October 2020 it was with the knowing intent to increase their referral link usages.

whether or not partypeteshop and rsgoldmine were aware of the fact that sparta.rs was actively bumping their(sparta.rs) 07 sythe thread while advertising their(pete+goldmine) respective referral links is beyond the scope of the information provided here.

I hope that you didn't miss the fact I sell my own gold on playerauctions and other websites aswell for not-reverseable payment methods only and that is not releated to Partypeteshop at all and sparta.rs is used for it. Sparta.rs focuses mainly on Fire cape service, however it doesn't mean we as business don't sell any gold at all. Sparta.rs is not gold reselling shop, it has it's own stock from capes, but not from re-selling it, we cover the demand for GP from our service just from fire cape payments, so to use fully our potential we share our channels of acquiring customers with other shops, sharing doesn't mean monopolising it or completely rent out - we still sell GP ourselves mostly to our Polish customers.
Sparta.rs alone would not cover the entire demand for RSGP purchases, so it's a must either to completely resign from selling gp or to share our potetntial with someone who can cover demand of all our customers, not just the ones who ask for possibility of buying GP directly from us.
Since RSGP sales is not our main service, that thread is bumped just twice per 24 hours (instead of 1 bump per 5hrs like we do for fire capes).
Rsgoldmine doesn't have any advertisement on sparta.rs so you are not up to date with your information.

Just screenie from just bank for RSGP purchases directly from sparta.rs via chat so yeah, there's paid advertisement for Partypeteshop on my website, however RSGP sales to my own customers that want to buy GP via Bank transfer - mediated or not mediated happen literally everyday, mostly to our Polish customers and people who ask for Playerauctions / Allegro (Polish mediation store) offers.

I appreciate that you sell your own gold on player auctions and maybe many other sites, but I don't use any of those sites nor do I use playerauctions and i'm not reporting a violation on any of those sites. I use sythe and I'm not just reporting you i'm reporting specefically your 07 selling thread on sythe, which as you may realise, does not advertise your playerauction page.

If you sell gold yourself I dont see any reason why not, it wouldnt be fair to redirect customers directly from sythe.org thread tho as it'd break the rule about 1 thread per one shop. As I explained above, sparta.rs has its own gp sales thread and buy osrs gold link to spread the demand between us and big shop, demand that is also covered directly by sparta.rs

This is the main method/directions you list for purchasing gold. Given that is the case, whether or not it's a 'direct link' from the thread is really a semantical argument because for all intents and purposes users following the directions will end up directly linked to partypeteshop.

 

not to mention if what you are doing was allowed I could just open a separate second gold selling entity and then open a new thread and then link back to my original entity as a 'gold selling partner' right on the discord server/site linked on the new second thread. and 'spread the demand' as you say

 

as I said, RSGP sales is not our main service so we won't make public option to order GP directly from us so main method will be always the shop that is partnering with us. Only those who really want to buy it directly from us are given opportunity to do it via playerauctions / allegro / international bank transfer and sales like that are handled everyday by us.
