account disabled but no offences?

title pretty much says all i have no offences on my main that i just recovered last night. theres nothing on it but says accounts disabled..??

any help>?

Irn, go to the "upgrade account" section, and see if you have negative members credit.

This is probably the reason

 

^ Yeh what he said, usually it's because the credit card or debit card you are using has ran out of cash. If not than you'll just have to send an e-mail to Jagex customer support explaining what has happened and how to undo it.

edit: ok so it is billing i guess my phone didnt pay for it. o well thanks guys again.
