Best Slayer Exp?!?!

Is it faster to gain Slayer exp by participating in Soul Wars mini games or by actually doing slayer tasks themselves.
If their is another faster method please post and say. All i need is 100k exp fast?

Just do the damn task, might make a few mill on the way. Soul wars is boring because there is a chance you won't win every game. Only do it if you get jelly task.

As a player with 95 slayer, I'd say definitely tasks

Do smoking kills get slayer helm/ring and then do tasks/use points on exp fast exp.

 

You know regardless of exp I would say just doing the tasks because of the drops etc. Plus soul wars is boring as all hell.

 

How will the ring help, i've never bought one :S. I've only got the helm.

 

Do NOT soul war slayer.. the experience is horrible and at 83 slayer, I calculated the total experience to be about 6k or so an hour. Youd rather do real tasks.
I pity those that actually soul war it l0l...
even if you get into EVERY game immediately and win EVERY game, you'll get a max 6 zeals an hour- or let's put it at 7. At 83 slayer (my slayer lvl) you get 900xp per zeal.. that's only about 6300xp / hr.
Tell me how good that is. And you aren't obviously going to get into every game and win everytime.


I'm like 30k off 84 slayer, so here's my advice:
1) Wear higher strength bonus and use super strength potions: Higher hits mean shorter tasks, and you eat less for each monster you kill since they die faster!
2) Wear proselyte with a dfs or decent shield and use ultimate strength prayer (or at least superhuman strength- it lasts a long time). You WILL make the prayer potion cash back but your hits will be a LOT better

.. Cry about it then. I was 83 slayer when I was 42 defence. I didn't even melee it. Today, I still wear proselyte with a rune defender and neit helm when I do slayer. You get used to eating a lot. I usually only bank once a trip. twice at worst. Maybe 3 times, but then don't train slayer if you're going to cry about running to your spot.
3) Use Pineapple pizzas- They heal 22 each in 2 pieces and give the best healing for the price.
4) Don't be a pussy and skip tasks.
"Ohhhh but wyverns are g@y" ... visage chance pl0x? and it's nice slayer XP considering their high HP.
"Steel dragons are packed!" ...Kill the irons when you're waiting. Visage chance, again. D legs and skirts are always nice. If you don't wanna melee them use diamond bolts (e).

Plus you get XP in strength or w/e you train.

The ring is if you're lazy... it's a waste of points imo it just teles you to certain spots. Rather use the points on something more useful- like XP or canceling really gay tasks

I usually wear Slayer Helm, Fighter Torso, Torags's platelegs, Dragon boots, fury and Bandos Godsword. I never use pots though but i think i will now. I did use Dfs and Whip for my slayer tasks but i find it easier to use Bgs now. I just use a normal Anti-Dragon Fire Sheild now against dragons and wyvens.
