What should I roll?

Hi guys, I recently quit Runescape and I've decided to play WoW again in my free time, however when I stopped playing WoW last time I sold my account so I am forced to start over again (which isn't really a big deal cause I quit before the release of WotLK anyway) but I have absolutely no idea what I should play. I want to play a class that isn't completely nerfed and won't have a terribly hard time getting into PvE guilds once dinged 80 (how rogues used to be in TBC). I like tanking healing and dps so I'm not too fussed about the role of the class.

Druid is the way to go for you brah.

 

Well I know on my Secondary-Realm Azjol-Nerub if your level 80 DPS Good luck getting into any Raiding guilds. Sounds like Druid or Paladin is good for you but Really in reality Tree of life>Holy spec.

I cant vouch for dps on Druid or pally same thing w/Tanking spec. I've never played ethier tanking >_>.

 

Trust me you don't want a druid unless you can handle the nerf bat every patch. Since WoTLK druids get nerfed every patch i would say roll a sham or a lock

I think I have narrowed my options down to either a warrior, priest, lock or rogue. I'm thinking warrior or priest really. How do both of them compare to other classes right now?

 

if you wanna tank just roll a paladin, preists are fine

id level a priest, warriors can get quite boring after a while

 

Priests are 'ok'. Warriors get stale, and they're basically toned-down versions of Ret Paladins. I would roll a Warlock or a Rogue. Rogues are great for PvP if you like PvPing, and if you plan on playing with the Sythe guild on Shadowmoon, there's no problem getting a spot in raids. Affliction Warlocks also got an indirect buff via resilience.

 

i roll a priest they are not very good at low levels but if you roll a priest and around 60 they are noticeably better but if you do level it with shadow and at 65 respec and get holy

 

basically rogue for pvp shams have good dps ouput id say a mage or a lock

 

i respeced at 60 and im doing fine, you can do there if u dont wanna get the farther levels

 

He is right. We are getting nerfed consistently. I'd say try Shaman.

 

I love druids. Shamans are also getting nerfed a fair bit. Id say roll a lock.

 

I'd roll a rogue, or a pala there good but are pretty boreing.
