I got all except the first. Most are level 50 ish or just created and someone played for an hour and quit. The rune miner has 1m cash and decent stats.

You could have thought of some more logical method of giving them out... pehaps the guy who got the majority of the accounts would be kind enough to share the rest of them to the Sythe community?

the guy who gave them is banned, so like 99.9999999% chance of them getting recovered. Just trash the rune miner and get him banned I say. It WILL be recovered.
