Is there a such thing as a "virtual credit/debit card"?

Well, ive been wanting to buy things off the PlaystaionStore, but it doesnt have "points" that can be purchased in the shops, the playstation store uses credit/debit cards only.

So, if there is a such thing,
    1.where can i get one?
    2. can it be funded with paypal unverified?

    Thanks :)

I know that CVS or any like pharmacy type stores sell prepaid credit cards. Like $25 visa credit cards, $50, $100, etc. But they cost more i.e. a $25 visa credit card would actually cost you $30 when you buy it because thats how they make money.

netspend.com If you want to get your paypal verified. Use real info. No SS required. You also get your own debit card, too. Which can be used irl after you activate it.

There is such thing as a virtual credit/debit card. You can buy them online(watch out for scams), or have your Paypal account make one for you- check out Paypal.com help for more information on this. Or you can buy one in real life, like others have suggested.

Im pretty sure a virtual credit card wont work, because when you submit the information it sends a feed to find the location of your account and check if its legit. But a VCC is completely different and will therefore not work. I tried it on my Wii and it didn't, you can try it but im pretty sure it wont work.
