But as it is in top 300 players, and a well known account, when the regular IP address the account is playing on suddenly changes, and moved from the USA to UK (if i brought it)
JaGex would realise something is up and ban the account?

No, although most feel Jagex sits and watches IPs, the honest fact is it comes down to IP hopping which indicates account sharing and/or someone attempting to recover. The trade is legit and Jagex will not be an issue. Also, the account is in the top 200.
