How to transfer money from acct to acct new method not leaked

Requirements for method please?

 

Requirements are at least about 1m on the acct getting the money and at least level 59 mage on the account getting the money

 

transfer rate /hr?

 

I also mean things such as membership, ALL Minimum requirements, and RSGP P/h.

 

minimum things 2 accts with membership rsgp per hr/ 2.5m but requires very little work but i sold it to two people, so im going to close guide as i dont want the xfer to be leaked
