Buying Xfer 20mil

I need a xfer guide for 10mil+ per hour.

I am transferring from a level 72 to a level 63. The 63 is a 1 defence pure and has about 1mil cash.

I have 120mil to transfer. I need the fastest way. I may be able to spend some paypal but I would prefer to pay with RSGP.

I dont want any guides like Broodoo Sheilds where you need to wait for ages for the stuff to buy. And i'd prefer not to loose anything whilst transferring.
